Are Okmulgee County Mugshots Public?

Request an Okmulgee County Booking Photo
When the mugshot is not visible on the active or 72-hour roster tabs, use the OCCJA open-records request form. No local OCCJA policy was located for removing booking photos after dismissal, acquittal, or expungement. Oklahoma expungement eligibility comes from 22 O.S. § 18, and OSBI says it cannot pre-approve eligibility. If a court seals or expunges a qualifying arrest or case, the person should use the signed order with the agency that maintains the record. The jail, court, OSBI, and any other agency may have different records to update.
Commercial mugshot-publishing or pay-to-remove sites are not official Okmulgee County sources. They should not be used to verify custody, charges, conviction status, or removal rights.
